The correct operation steps of PP Hollow Grid Board Production Line are crucial and directly affect the quality and production efficiency of the product. It can be mainly divided into the following six steps.
Before starting the PP Hollow Grid Board Production Line, it is necessary to first conduct a comprehensive inspection of the various equipment on the production line. This includes: checking whether the extruder, mold, cooling system and cutting equipment are intact, and ensuring that there is no oil leakage, water leakage, etc. Check the raw material storage area to ensure that the PP particles are clean, dry and free of pollution. In addition, confirm whether the raw material supply is sufficient. Ensure that all control systems and safety devices are operating normally, and review the parameters of the operation panel.
Before starting the production line, the required equipment should be turned on in sequence. The general sequence is as follows: Start auxiliary equipment first, such as central feeder, cooling fan, etc. Start the extruder and set the appropriate temperature and speed to meet the required melting state. Maintain good temperature control in the mold area to avoid uneven heating of the mold. After determining the temperature and speed parameters of the extruder, gradually add PP raw materials to the extruder. Ensure that the raw materials are evenly delivered to avoid overloading the equipment. Monitor the flow of the feed port to ensure that the raw materials can enter the extruder smoothly.
During the extrusion process, the operator needs to observe the indicator light and temperature gauge of the extruder to ensure that the temperature and pressure are maintained within the set range. Check whether the extruded hollow board meets the specifications such as width and thickness to ensure product quality. When the extruded PP hollow board passes through the die and enters the cooling unit, pay attention to the flow and temperature of the cooling water to ensure uniform cooling. Ensure that the cooling system works properly to prevent the product from shrinking or deforming.
The cooled hollow board needs to be cut, usually by an automatic cutting machine or manual cutting. The length and width of the cut should be adjusted according to the order requirements. Pay attention to the safety during the cutting process and ensure that the operator wears appropriate protective equipment. During the production process, product quality inspections are performed regularly: Check the physical properties of the hollow board to ensure compliance with industry standards, including thickness, width, surface flatness and strength. Perform sampling inspections and adjust extrusion parameters in a timely manner if problems are found.
Sort the cut finished products and clean up excess scraps to ensure that the finished products are clean and tidy. Store qualified hollow boards in designated areas to avoid environmental influences such as moisture and direct sunlight. After production, record production conditions and product quality feedback for subsequent analysis and improvement. Keep detailed records of equipment operation records, fault problems and maintenance conditions to provide a basis for subsequent management of the equipment.
After the PP Hollow Grid Board Production Line is completed, each device must be shut down in sequence, first stop the extruder, cooling system and other backup equipment, and then turn off the raw material feeding system. Clean and perform preliminary maintenance on the production equipment, including cleaning air filters, lubricating mechanical parts, and checking and recording equipment operating status.
